• Collaborate with teams in asset management, legal, acquisitions, property management, and tenant coordination.

• Engage in marketing initiatives alongside marketing and property management teams.

• Analyze and research market trends and developments for effective budget planning.

• Build and sustain positive relationships with tenants to encourage occupancy of Curbline properties.
