This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct thorough reviews, analyses, and generate executive-ready competitive and market insights.
• Integrate quantitative program KPIs with qualitative market feedback to deliver a comprehensive retail perspective.
• Collaborate with account and analytics teams to collect insights and structure reporting.
• Transform data into clear and impactful conclusions.
• Oversee the structural design and visual presentation of client readouts.
• Employ advanced data visualization techniques to simplify complex datasets while upholding professional standards and brand consistency.
• Weave program data and operational KPIs into coherent narratives that support strategic recommendations.
• Analyze data trends and program feedback, including insights from field engagement surveys.
• Enhance analytical frameworks to maximize the impact of programs.
• Provide weekly reports and in-depth analyses in collaboration with the analytics team.
• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly readouts for client leadership.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Yearly Business Reviews (YBR).
• Address ad-hoc analytical requests from clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A degree in Business, Data Analytics, or Economics is strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in business, retail analytics, or sales management is required.
• Experience in the Best Buy ecosystem or consumer electronics is highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and AI platforms, including Advanced Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Gemini.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in a professional client-facing context.
• Established ability to exercise sound judgment, make independent data-driven decisions, and resolve complex retail challenges.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Must be willing to travel 50% of the year across U.S. markets and work flexible hours.
• Capability to comprehend and manage business metrics in line with P&L standards across the business unit.
