Retail Execution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance the core business, boost sales, optimize display areas, and increase productivity.

• Support the installation and upkeep of creative displays in line with branding strategies.

• Engage with store staff and consumers to share product knowledge and insights.

• Implement sales programs and initiatives, including promoting promotional programs and ensuring customer adherence.

• Collaborate with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team on sales and merchandising strategies.

• Manage product inventory levels, reduce out-of-stock situations, and adhere to company merchandising standards.

• Collect and report on customer needs, concerns, interests, and competitive activities.

• Verify date codes and ensure account compliance with plan-o-grams.

• Update decals or tags and transport, create, and maintain point-of-sale advertising and coupons.

• Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting and analyze reports to enhance in-store performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred.

• Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn will be considered.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service is encouraged.

• Must reside in Columbus, OH, or be willing to relocate at your own expense.

• Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade store/ownership personnel using fact-based data, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

• Capability to work independently across a large territory and manage multiple stores simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.

• Ability to communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities both verbally and in writing, across functions and at all levels of management.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brands and their mission.

• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs, with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling.

• Availability for occasional off-hours or weekend work.

• Must have a personal vehicle, a clean driving record, and a valid driver’s license for work hours.

• Willingness and ability to drive throughout the territory, including long distances.

• Motor Vehicle Records must meet company standards according to the Driving Policy.

• Must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring employment sponsorship.
