Retail Execution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify growth opportunities for the core business, enhance sales, optimize display areas, and boost productivity while ensuring outstanding customer service.

• Assist in the installation and upkeep of creative displays that align with branding strategies.

• Engage with store personnel and consumers to offer product knowledge and insights.

• Implement sales programs and initiatives, which include promoting promotional programs and ensuring customer adherence.

• Collaborate with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team on sales and merchandising strategies.

• Manage product inventory levels, reduce out-of-stocks, and maintain company merchandising standards.

• Collect and report on customer needs, issues, interests, and competitive activities.

• Verify date codes and ensure account compliance with plan-o-grams.

• Replace decals or tags and transport, construct, and maintain point-of-sale advertising and coupons.

• Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting and analyze reports to promote in-store success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.

• Entry-level candidates with a desire to learn will be considered.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service is encouraged.

• Must reside in the general West Palm Beach area or be willing to relocate at your own expense.

• Strong selling skills and the ability to influence store/ownership personnel using data-driven selling, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

• Ability to work independently across a large territory and manage multiple tasks among numerous stores.

• Excellent interpersonal and time-management abilities.

• Capability to communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of management.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for the brands and their missions.

• Ability to lift weights ranging from 25 to 50 lbs, along with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling.

• Occasional work during off-hours or weekends may be required.

• Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an outstanding driving record, and possess a valid driver’s license for work-related travel.

• Willingness to drive throughout the territory, including covering long distances as necessary.

• Motor Vehicle Records must meet company standards as outlined in the Driving Policy.

• Must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Must not require sponsorship from The Coca-Cola Company to continue legal employment in the United States.
