Retail District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver effective leadership and management to the Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team.

• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business model, as well as client and customer expectations.

• Allocate at least 50% of your time to in-store activities.

• Oversee assigned tasks to ensure they are completed on schedule and meet high-quality standards.

• Delegate tasks to the team while guaranteeing that all roles receive the necessary level of support.

• Comprehend and enhance selling effectiveness within designated territories.

• Collaborate with store staff to attain and uphold merchandising excellence.

• Ensure adherence to company policies by associates under your direct management.

• Relay retail territory responsibilities to the MEI administrative team.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• An Associate degree is preferred.

• Some college experience combined with at least 2+ years of management/supervisory experience in the industry.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or reset responsibilities.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership abilities.

• Effective communication skills are essential.

• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

• Quick learner, adaptable to changing work environments.
