Resume Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Identify and gather resumes as well as candidate profiles from various job boards (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice) and other online resources.

• Evaluate candidate profiles to determine suitability for available roles.

• Ensure candidate databases are regularly maintained and updated.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to clarify job requirements and sourcing needs.

• Provide ongoing updates regarding sourced candidates and their current status.

• Support the creation of candidate shortlists for consideration by hiring managers.

• Uphold the confidentiality of candidate information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python.

• Familiarity with frameworks including React, Angular, and .NET.

• Understanding of databases like SQL and MongoDB.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

• Comprehension of the complete software development and testing lifecycle.

• Background in Development & Testing, encompassing Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation tools like Selenium and Postman.
