Pre-Construction Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary procurement liaison for designated Regional offices.

• Collaborate with the HVAC Controls Sales Team to create precise installation cost models.

• Oversee procurement operations and ensure adherence to established procedures.

• Formulate and execute supply chain strategies for the procurement of subcontract labor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Equivalent experience in the electrical industry or possession of a bachelor's degree.

• Background in building systems or operational processes.

• 5-8 years of project management experience with a focus on estimating within the HVAC Controls construction or trades sector.

• Procurement expertise with an emphasis on construction and/or HVAC equipment and services, coupled with experience in cost analysis and a solid understanding of financial principles.
