Strategic Sourcing Manager – Semiconductor, Electronics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps.

• Oversee the selection of suppliers, manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and conduct negotiations for Long-Term Agreements (LTAs).

• Facilitate supplier segmentation, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and the development of corrective action plans.

• Achieve cost savings, prevent costs, and meet productivity objectives.

• Recognize and address risks related to capacity, supply continuity, and compliance.

• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Research & Development to foster innovation and design with cost efficiency in mind.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a similar field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.

• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and developing global strategies.
