This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide essential operational support to the Real Estate and Procurement team.
• Maintain and enhance standardized procurement processes, conduct vendor performance analysis, and ensure the smooth operation of physical office facilities.
• Serve as a vital liaison between internal teams and external service providers to guarantee cost-effective procurement processes and proactive facility maintenance.
• Oversee daily facility requirements, coordinate office enhancements, and arrange regular facility inspections and repairs.
• Create reports on vendor performance metrics and deliver regular updates on occupancy expenses and utility consumption.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, facilities management, operations, or office administration, ideally in a multi-site corporate setting.
• Strong skills in data management and reporting (advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is crucial).
• Experience with Procurement/ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly desirable.
