Restoration Job File Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the auditing and final evaluation of job files to guarantee precision, completeness, and adherence to both carrier and TPA standards.

• Manage WIP job file organization, audit preparedness, and file lifecycle efficiency.

• Detect inconsistencies, reduce risks, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

• Act as a subject matter expert in file quality, compliance, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and leadership to enhance file quality and streamline workflow efficiency.

• Promote ongoing improvements in QA procedures, response times, and audit success rates.

• Assist with escalations and complex file evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in restoration estimating, auditing, and/or quality assurance.

• Preferred advanced knowledge of TPA platforms.

• In-depth understanding of insurance carrier expectations and compliance criteria.

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy.

• High degree of accountability, ownership, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and mentor others.
