This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Accountable for auditing coders and/or performing "audit the auditors" to ensure a coding accuracy of at least 95% is achieved.
β’ Execute quality checks and audits on visits coded according to client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
β’ May contribute to the development of audit reports and provide direct feedback to coders and auditors.
β’ Analyze and present a summary of findings to leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
β’ Uphold a high level of professional and ethical standards.
β’ Over 2 years of prior experience as a professional/profee/ambulatory coding auditor.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in coding professional/profee/ambulatory accounts.
β’ Advanced expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint).
β’ Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Current permanent work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
