📋 Description

• Validate patient clinical information to ensure adherence to program guidelines.

• Confirm that data is accurately categorized.

• Complete any missing information in documentation as required.

• Identify and report discrepancies or highlight issues for further investigation.

• Review patient charts and follow up on any outstanding items.

• Continuously monitor chart data in real-time to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

• Take charge of the dashboard, ensuring that it remains consistently updated and precise.

• Registered Nurse.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in using Point Click Care.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Knowledgeable in medical terminology.

• Quick learner, capable of adapting to new systems and processes.

• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to completing tasks punctually.
