Quality Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare GxP audits, ensuring that customer requirements and relevant regulations are thoroughly addressed.

• Conduct both remote and on-site audits of pharmaceutical suppliers.

• Evaluate compliance with applicable GxP regulations, guidelines, and internal procedures.

• Produce clear, precise, and timely audit reports that align with internal quality standards.

• Engage in the audit report review process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and quality.

• Review and evaluate supplier CAPA responses to confirm that audit findings are adequately addressed.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders throughout the audit process.

• Stay current with applicable GxP regulations and industry best practices.

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to auditing methodologies, procedures, and quality processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotech, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of GMP auditing experience within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Evidence of relevant and accredited auditor training or demonstrable experience in auditing alongside seasoned inspectors.

• In-depth knowledge of international GMP regulations and quality systems.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Professional proficiency in both Polish and English.

• Proficiency in Czech or German is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel for on-site audits, both domestically and internationally.
