This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with restaurant operators to address inquiries regarding their business and/or technology, helping to identify possible solutions tailored to their needs.
• Link restaurant operators with approved third-party vendor solutions, serving as an advocate and intermediary to secure optimal solutions at competitive pricing.
• Actively cultivate relationships with our parent company sales team, establishing yourself as a reliable resource for both them and their clientele.
• Assist in the evaluation and vetting of new third-party partners.
• Stay informed about emerging restaurant technologies and their applications within the restaurant industry.
• Provide support for various internal and external events, including webinars, podcast appearances, food shows, and more.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Content, and Growth teams to shape team strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant sector, with pertinent business consulting or restaurant technology vendor experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations and growth from the perspectives of owners or general managers.
• Familiarity with restaurant technology and support services.
• Demonstrated ability in building and managing customer relationships; must possess effective communication skills for engaging with business owners and leaders.
• Previous experience in a sales role is highly regarded.
• A strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Possess a positive mindset, be coachable, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking, analysis, and organization.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and applies a startup mentality to work processes.
• A four-year college degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
