This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping using **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**, covering invoices, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and support for monthly closings.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, transfers, recurring expenses, and cash forecasts.
• Coordinate HR administrative processes, such as payroll with external providers, onboarding, expenses, benefits, and labor documentation.
• Manage contracts, NDAs, policies, licenses, renewals, digital filing, and corporate documentation.
• Collaborate with external advisors on tax, legal, HR, insurance, banking, and compliance matters in the U.S.
• Prepare administrative and financial reports for management, utilizing Business Central, Excel, Power BI, or other Microsoft tools.
• Keep processes, compliance calendars, internal policies, and documentation updated in SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and work with area leaders to follow up on agreements, reports, and operational tasks.
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial administration, or similar roles.
• Solid and demonstrable experience using **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**.
• Proficient in bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, cash flow management, and closing processes.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with U.S. companies or in U.S. administrative/financial environments.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
• High level of autonomy, organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• **Preferred**: Knowledge of sales tax, payroll, compliance, corporate insurance, or administrative processes in the U.S.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, or Copilot.
• Experience coordinating with external advisors, banks, insurance brokers, or administrative providers.
• Experience in food, consumer goods, import/export, or regulated product companies.
• 100% remote position.
• Part-time hours of approximately 20–25 per week.
• Flexible hours with direct coordination with the CEO.
