Resource Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee efficient resource allocation and project staffing for a practice or set of practices within the region, as well as across regional engagements, ensuring a balance of skill suitability, availability, and business priorities.

• Actively engage in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), headcount forecasting, and recruitment discussions, offering insights on demand and supply to facilitate proactive workforce strategies.

• Develop and maintain robust internal and external delivery partnerships to effectively scale capacity during peak periods and optimize bench utilization during times of lower demand.

• Lead the governance of capacity and utilization, ensuring the effective deployment of resources while reducing bench aging and minimizing last-minute staffing challenges.

• Work closely with Delivery, Sales, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to synchronize staffing strategies with project pipelines, growth objectives, and regional delivery plans.

• Supply regular, data-driven updates on capacity, utilization, and forecast precision to leadership, supporting sound decision-making.

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in Resource Management.

• Proven ability to monitor deliverables and manage overall utilization percentages.

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills—clear, concise, and proactive.

• Experience in managing bench aging along with regional and practice utilization.
