Resource Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Evaluate Databricks job roles and recommend qualified consultants.

• Establish and act as the main point of contact for Databricks counterparts.

• Oversee and sustain optimal utilization rates.

• Administer all resource allocations, project updates, and consultant profiles using Salesforce.

• Create and deliver reports based on data analysis.

• Work collaboratively with Finance, Recruitment, and Delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Resource Management or Business Operations.

• Proficient in Salesforce and specialized Resource Management tools.

• Knowledge of the Databricks ecosystem or comparable data engineering platforms.
