📋 Description

• Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the technical specifications and intricacies of each job vacancy.

• Establishing a solid knowledge of the technology stacks, tools, and environments pertinent to each role.

• Overseeing applicant pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — encompassing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer stages.

• Performing structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.

• Recording interview results, recruiter insights, and feedback in a clear and systematic way.

• Leveraging industry-leading tools and platforms to discover and engage passive candidates.

• Working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.

• Cultivating long-lasting relationships with candidates and sustaining a robust talent pipeline for future requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the IT, software, or engineering sectors.

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a genuine passion for technology.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, events, etc.).

• Experience managing candidate flow and reporting within an ATS environment.

• Capability to advise candidates on job expectations, company culture, and employment terms.

• Proficiency in assessing candidate fit through competency-based interviews.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling multiple open positions.

• Experience in recruiting for software, cloud, or engineering roles is a significant advantage.
