Residential Energy Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Perform residential energy audits

• Install energy-efficient devices

• Carry out energy efficiency re-audits and conduct pre- and post-installation verifications

• Execute technical data collection activities across a specified territory

• Assist Account Managers in promoting and implementing energy efficiency retrofits or new construction projects

• Offer technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement based on client specifications

• Diagnose technical issues and provide recommended solutions

• Document inspection outcomes and interactions with customers and contractors to fulfill program requirements

• Provide feedback and status reports to program staff

• Serve as a local, on-site representative for the program and company to residential customers and contractors

• Promote program participation and address any barriers

• Travel within a defined territory

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant experience in the industry

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory

• OSHA-10 certification is preferred

• Reliable transportation is a must

• Must meet all applicable DOT qualification standards, if necessary

• Adhere to applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations

• Must be authorized to work in the country of the position without employer sponsorship or support

• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment background checks
