This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Perform residential energy audits
β’ Install energy-efficient devices
β’ Carry out energy efficiency re-audits and conduct pre- and post-installation verifications
β’ Execute technical data collection activities across a specified territory
β’ Assist Account Managers in promoting and implementing energy efficiency retrofits or new construction projects
β’ Offer technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement based on client specifications
β’ Diagnose technical issues and provide recommended solutions
β’ Document inspection outcomes and interactions with customers and contractors to fulfill program requirements
β’ Provide feedback and status reports to program staff
β’ Serve as a local, on-site representative for the program and company to residential customers and contractors
β’ Promote program participation and address any barriers
β’ Travel within a defined territory
β’ 0-1 year of relevant experience in the industry
β’ High school diploma or GED is mandatory
β’ OSHA-10 certification is preferred
β’ Reliable transportation is a must
β’ Must meet all applicable DOT qualification standards, if necessary
β’ Adhere to applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
β’ Must be authorized to work in the country of the position without employer sponsorship or support
β’ Successful candidates must pass pre-employment background checks
