This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Perform assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards.
β’ Carry out monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by specified deadlines.
β’ Travel to automobile dealerships to log VIN, equipment configurations, pricing, and mileage for used vehicles.
β’ Conduct necessary visual inspections and accurately record vehicle and audit details.
β’ Submit timely and precise data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
β’ Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.
β’ Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ Access to personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet for data submission is necessary.
β’ Must have reliable transportation, a valid driverβs license, and auto insurance.
β’ Self-driven with strong time management abilities.
β’ Must reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned vehicle inventory route and be able to travel up to 25 miles for scheduled audit tasks.
β’ Proficient in using required tablet-based applications and systems.
β’ Availability during daytime hours on weekdays for recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit tasks is essential.
β’ A video interview is mandatory.
β’ Candidates are prohibited from using generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly permitted.
