Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards.

• Carry out monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by specified deadlines.

• Travel to automobile dealerships to log VIN, equipment configurations, pricing, and mileage for used vehicles.

• Conduct necessary visual inspections and accurately record vehicle and audit details.

• Submit timely and precise data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Access to personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet for data submission is necessary.

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

• Self-driven with strong time management abilities.

• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned vehicle inventory route and be able to travel up to 25 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficient in using required tablet-based applications and systems.

• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays for recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit tasks is essential.

• A video interview is mandatory.

• Candidates are prohibited from using generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly permitted.
