This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies for key residential partners throughout North America
• Establish trusted relationships with executive leadership, purchasing organizations, and specification influencers
• Develop long-term account strategies to enhance product preference, standardization, and profitable revenue growth
• Identify and seize new opportunities while expanding existing strategic accounts
• Collaborate with distributors to create competitive product and pricing proposals
• Lead negotiations for national builder agreements, rebate programs, pricing strategies, and supply contracts
• Craft commercial proposals that balance customer requirements, growth opportunities, and profitability
• Oversee contract renewals and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements
• Work with legal, finance, and business leadership on complex customer agreements
• Handle and track contracted rebate submissions
• Deliver business reviews, growth strategies, and market insights to C-suite executives and senior procurement stakeholders
• Represent Corian® Design at customer meetings, executive forums, and industry events
• Collaborate with distribution partners on sales strategy, forecasting, inventory planning, and demand-generation initiatives
• Assist distributor sales teams through training, joint customer engagement, and growth initiatives
• Develop channel programs that enhance market penetration and builder conversion
• Connect distributors, fabricators, and builders to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Monitor trends in residential construction, kitchen and bath, multifamily, and luxury housing
• Promote the adoption of Corian® Design quartz and solid surface solutions
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on product launches and builder-focused initiatives
• Provide customer and market insights to the organization to guide product development and commercialization strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Over 7 years of experience in sales leadership, national account management, or business development
• Proven success in residential construction, building products, surfacing materials, cabinetry, countertops, interiors, or a similar industry
• Experience in negotiating contracts, pricing arrangements, and strategic commercial agreements
• Skilled in developing relationships with national home builders and purchasing groups
• Extensive experience working through distributors and channel partner networks
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive relationship-management capabilities
• Strong business acumen with a history of closing profitable deals and forging strategic partnerships
• Direct experience with quartz, engineered stone, solid surface materials, countertops, or related finishing products is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction processes, builder purchasing cycles, and specification development
• Experience influencing stakeholders in procurement, operations, construction, design, and executive leadership
• Ability to reside anywhere in the United States near a major U.S. airport
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% across North America
