This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Brief Publishing: Publish creator briefs across various marketplaces and platforms to identify and engage ideal creators for brand-specific campaigns.
• Creator Sourcing: Identify and source creators from a diverse range of partnered marketplaces in alignment with client briefs and budget specifications.
• Creator Management: Act as the main point of contact for creators, managing all direct communication and messaging to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee the comprehensive execution of creator campaigns, which includes outreach, content review, and obtaining approvals.
• Content Management: Systematize all campaign assets and information on internal drives, create shareable links for external purposes, and keep trackers updated.
• Internal Stakeholder Management: Set and manage expectations with internal teams effectively, consistently provide timely updates, and ensure accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
• Experience: You possess 1-3 years of experience in social media or creator campaign management, ideally within marketing, advertising, or PR sectors.
• Communication: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain professional relationships with creators.
• Work Ethic: You are dependable, driven, and highly organized, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Project Management: You have proven your ability to oversee multiple projects at once, consistently delivering results within set timelines.
• Industry Knowledge: You are passionate about social media and actively keep up with the latest trends and emerging creators in the industry.
• Must be fluent in both English AND Canadian French (Comfortable leading meetings, writing, and engaging in conversation in both languages).
• A strong interest in marketing.
• Consider yourself a Social Media “know-it-all” with experience across various social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
• You can blend creativity with analytics and transform them into compelling narratives.
• An innate curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to be flexible with new tools, platforms, processes, etc.
• Any experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch/Crimson Hexagon and TweetDeck is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Experience in creating presentations in written form using Google Slides.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• ***Spanish Language Fluency is a significant advantage! (You are comfortable leading meetings, writing emails, and conversing in Spanish.)
• This role is a three-month paid temporary position, with the potential for immediate full-time employment thereafter.
• Candidates must be located in either Toronto, Montreal, or Quebec City, Canada.
• You must be available for a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week, from 9am to 6pm ET, Monday through Friday.
