Reseller Services Consultant – Integrator and Partner Tool Deployment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive initial training on Pennylane to integrators and partners, focusing on product use and deployment methods.

• Assist partners during their initial client deployments by co-piloting until they achieve full independence.

• Act as a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) for independent partners, fostering relationships, delivering ongoing training, and addressing complex inquiries.

• Serve as the functional expert for Pennylane modules—becoming the go-to authority for partners seeking guidance.

• Conduct regular training sessions and interactive workshops to ensure partners maintain a high level of expertise.

• Guarantee alignment between partners' business requirements and the features of Pennylane, suggesting alternative solutions when necessary.

• Advocate for partners' usage and needs within internal teams (Product, Support, Sales) while sharing insights with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience (over 3 years) in the deployment or implementation of SaaS solutions at an integrator or software vendor.

• Strong grasp of accounting and financial matters relevant to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

• Capability to train and assist both technical and business teams within partner organizations.

• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience in an SME's finance department or within an accounting firm.

• While no specific diploma is mandatory, valued qualifications include: DCG (Diploma in Accounting and Management), BTS Accounting & Management, BTS SME Management Assistant, or a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with integrators and partners, providing them with informed advice.

• Exceptional pedagogical, collaborative, adaptable, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to manage multiple partners concurrently while ensuring a high standard of service.

• Strong enthusiasm for technology and familiarity with market FinTech solutions.

• Operational proficiency in English.
