• Proactively seek out, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners (VARs, IT providers, etc.) throughout EMEA who purchase through distribution.
• Rapidly qualify potential partners and transition swiftly from initial contact to onboarding, with a strong emphasis on time-to-first-deal.
• Establish a robust pool of new, first-time Huntress resellers.
• Foster partner reseller growth through Huntress distribution relationships, collaborating closely with distribution partners for co-selling, co-marketing, and pipeline acceleration.
• Manage the initial 90–180 days of the reseller partner experience.
• Ensure resellers comprehend the processes for purchasing, quoting, and transacting efficiently via distribution.
• Provide essential training on Huntress value, positioning, and use cases.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and transition mature partners at the appropriate time.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at reseller and distributor firms, ensuring they actively promote our products and address any concerns they may encounter.
• Equip resellers with the tools, resources, and ongoing training necessary for effectively presenting and selling our products to their customers.
• Oversee the registration of sales opportunities with resellers/distributors to guarantee correct attribution and margin allocation.
• Monitor reseller sales performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and provide coaching to optimize their sales potential.
• Represent Huntress at industry events, partner days, and other relevant conferences.
• Relay real-time market feedback and insights from resellers/distributors back to the business.
• 2-5+ years of experience in a combination of channel sales, partner development, and/or distribution-led roles.
• Proven history of successfully recruiting reseller partners or engaging in high-velocity sales.
• Experience with EMEA distribution (tech, security, SaaS, and/or Microsoft strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including various product categories, technical capabilities, and industry trends, especially within the SMB and Commercial customer segments.
• Proven success in identifying, recruiting, and quickly activating resellers, along with a comprehension of partner dynamics and incentive structures. Existing key reseller relationships are highly preferred.
• SMB and Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to action and execution.
• Familiarity with MSFT licensing and Security solutions is highly preferred.
• Confident and credible communicator capable of establishing trust and opening doors with key decision-makers at reseller companies, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Comfortable with remote work and managing a broad geographic territory.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
