• Proactively seek out, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners (VARs, IT providers, etc.) throughout the EMEA region who purchase through distribution.
• Quickly qualify potential partners and expedite the transition from initial contact to onboarding, with a strong emphasis on time-to-first-deal.
• Establish a robust pipeline of new, first-time Huntress resellers.
• Drive reseller growth through Huntress distribution partnerships, collaborating closely with distribution partners to co-sell, co-market, and enhance the sales pipeline.
• Manage the initial 90–180 days of the reseller partner experience.
• Ensure resellers comprehend how to purchase, quote, and transact efficiently through distribution channels.
• Provide foundational training on Huntress's value, positioning, and use cases.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and appropriately transition mature partners at the right juncture.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at reseller and distributor organizations, ensuring they actively promote our products and address any concerns they may encounter.
• Equip resellers with the necessary tools, resources, and ongoing training to effectively present and sell our products to their clientele.
• Oversee the registration process for sales opportunities with resellers/distributors to guarantee correct attribution and margin distribution.
• Monitor reseller sales performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and provide coaching to optimize their sales capabilities.
• Represent Huntress at industry events, partner days, and other related conferences.
• Relay real-time market and reseller/distributor insights back to the organization.
• 2-5+ years of experience in a blend of channel sales, partner development, and/or distribution-led roles.
• Proven success in recruiting reseller partners or executing high-velocity sales.
• Experience with EMEA distribution, particularly in tech, security, SaaS, and/or Microsoft is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in the cybersecurity landscape, including various product categories, technical capabilities, and industry trends, especially within the SMB and Commercial customer segments.
• Proven ability to identify, recruit, and swiftly activate resellers, with a solid understanding of partner dynamics and incentive structures. Existing key reseller relationships are highly advantageous.
• An SMB and Commercial mindset with a strong inclination for action and execution.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft licensing and Security solutions are highly preferred.
• A confident and credible communicator who can quickly build trust and open doors with key decision-makers at reseller firms, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a broad geographic territory.
• Willingness to travel as required.
