Research Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement all audiovisual and technical arrangements for jury consulting research initiatives, which include focus groups, mock trials, and various litigation consulting projects.

• Travel to project sites to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot audiovisual and presentation equipment during research events.

• Collaborate with Jury Consulting and Trial Presentation teams to guarantee the flawless execution of all technical elements before, during, and after each project.

• Handle multiple research projects at once, ensuring that timelines, logistics, and technical specifications are fulfilled.

• Keep comprehensive project documentation, equipment logs, and post-project assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or equivalent professional experience is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of three years of experience in audiovisual presentation services, event technology, technical operations, or a related field.

• Experience in managing projects, coordinating logistics, and supporting client-facing events is preferred.

• Strong understanding of audiovisual presentation technology, including the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
