Research Regulatory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• The position of Research Regulatory Manager entails developing training and educational programs for researchers

• to ensure compliance with regulatory standards for conducting clinical research studies within UL Health.

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, nurses, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, and leadership.

• Assist in formulating goals, policies, and procedures

• while monitoring adherence to policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

• including the informed consent process and HIPAA authorizations.

• Collaborate closely with researchers and the corporate compliance team to identify and address potential risks

• Manage IRB submissions, the study review process, and the vetting of research personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (required)

• Background in clinical research

• Knowledge of human subjects’ protection regulations

• including HIPAA authorizations

• Familiarity with the IRB process (required)

• At least 5 years of experience in research administration (preferred)

• Professional certifications such as CCRP, CHRC, ACRP-CP (preferred)
