Research Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement large-scale research outreach campaigns, ensuring effective coordination while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

• Partner with researchers to enhance recruitment strategies, refine messaging, and increase participant involvement.

• Keep study leads regularly updated regarding recruitment status, timelines, and any potential risks or obstacles.

• Reevaluate priorities daily to achieve tight deadlines while balancing the demands of various studies.

• Manage interview scheduling, oversee incentive distribution, and ensure thorough and current documentation across research platforms.

• Identify potential issues proactively, suggest solutions, and escalate when necessary to ensure projects remain on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in research coordination, participant recruitment, or project management.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple workstreams effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong commitment to follow-through.

• Experience collaborating directly with UX or marketing researchers.

• Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, Braze, Iterable, Taxi, or similar platforms.

• Proven experience in enhancing campaign performance through A/B testing or personalization techniques.

• Background in fast-paced technology, startup, or agency settings.
