Research Nurse Trainer – OCN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and monitor compliance for educational and training initiatives for research personnel and investigators.

• Assess the educational requirements of research staff and investigators on an individual, regional, or department-wide level.

• Collaborate with clinic management to facilitate training specific to protocols for nursing and pharmacy staff.

• Support the creation of education-based corrective action plans (CAPA).

• Ensure that all training and retraining obligations are fulfilled.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.

• A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.

• At least 2 years of nursing experience in an oncology setting.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research.

• Must be a resident of Florida.

• Successful completion of background screening.

• Required vaccinations, including influenza, unless a valid exemption is provided.

• Must pass drug and nicotine screenings.

• Required to work in a smoke-free environment.
