This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accept contract, work order, and purchase order requests from Pre-Construction and Construction Managers.

• Assess requests to ensure they comply with the Spend & Transaction Policy and legal obligations.

• Prepare and submit contract and purchase order requests on behalf of project managers.

• Establish and uphold contract tracking processes and policies.

• Cultivate relationships with client contract management, procurement, and third-party personnel.

• Maintain records and documentation related to contracts, including correspondence, contact details, changes, status reports, executed documents, and other project-related records.

• Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements.

• Collaborate with the cost management team concerning cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliations.

• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical project documents and team processes.

• Assist with project coordination tasks and perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of contracting processes, contract issues, and regulations, terms, and conditions related to design, procurement, and construction.

• Proficient in analyzing and negotiating contract requirements and terms and conditions.

• Strong ability to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, and company objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Consistent ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

• Capability to foster relationships with peers, leaders, and clients.

• Reliable, meticulous, and thorough work ethic.

• Innovative and resourceful in managing projects within tight deadlines.

• At least five years of experience in a contract administration role within a corporate setting.

• Preferred certifications: Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), and/or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM).

• Preferred experience in design/construction, including relevant industry work, internships, or cooperative education programs.

• Preferred certifications: CCM or PMP.
