This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative and comprehensive support to a Clinical Program Scientist, Associate Director, and/or Director involved in SCRI Research Program(s).

• Monitor enrollment, study cohorts, protocol modifications, and associated documentation.

• Create and refresh one-page study summaries, distributing them to relevant sites with proper oversight.

• Compile and update lists of key opinion leaders in the disease field categorized by region and expertise.

• Draft study summary emails and materials specific to the program for dissemination.

• Distribute materials supported by Therapeutic Development to the wider network.

• Oversee and relay inquiries from the shared department mailbox to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Track and maintain action items for initiatives undertaken by the Therapeutic Development team.

• Coordinate interventional efforts across various teams for studies with at-risk populations.

• Assist in achieving partner enrollment goals, including diversity objectives.

• Compose Open to Enrollment emails, one-page summaries, and content for disease committees.

• Draft and send communications regarding FDA approvals.

• Aid in the creation of slide presentations.

• Fulfill assigned training requirements by their designated deadlines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in oncology or clinical research.

• Extensive knowledge of oncology or clinical research across phases I–IV.

• Willingness to cultivate in-depth expertise in supporting a SCRI Research Program.

• Capacity to collaborate within cross-functional, multicultural teams.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent prioritization abilities.

• Robust capability to operate in a dynamic environment and adjust to evolving program needs.

• Commitment to the Code of Conduct philosophy along with the Mission and Value Statement.

• Completion of assigned training requirements within the specified timeframe.

• Must be located in the United States.

• Relocation and visa sponsorship options are not available.
