Research Manager – Shopper Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Execute high-quality research initiatives and derive valuable insights.

• Manage small to medium-sized client relationships effectively.

• Oversee project execution, allocate tasks, and manage daily operations.

• Collaborate extensively with Project Leads and specialized teams.

• Conduct data analysis to produce insights and actionable recommendations.

• Deliver compelling presentations that foster actionable results.

• Solid understanding of the research lifecycle.

• Insightful perspectives on various research and insight methodologies.

• Experience in managing or mentoring team members is a plus.

• Familiarity with moderating qualitative research methods (e.g., IDIs, shop-alongs) is advantageous.
