Research Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate successful research outcomes for Knit customers through effective partnerships.

• Manage and nurture customer relationships while deeply understanding their research requirements to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

• Act as the primary research lead for all customer projects, holding ultimate accountability for their success.

• Conduct and document comprehensive project scoping to gain a thorough understanding of research objectives and project context.

• Exhibit a growth mindset as a solutions architect for customers.

• Maintain and drive all customer context to enhance Knit’s capacity to fulfill their customized research needs.

• Present key insights and recommendations directly to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of market research experience, predominantly on the supplier side within a market research agency setting.

• Proven experience in leading discovery and scoping discussions, crafting and fine-tuning quantitative and qualitative questionnaires from the ground up, drafting analysis plans, and producing stakeholder-ready insights, toplines, and reports.

• Capability to drive initiatives and achieve outcomes in ambiguous settings, with a demonstrated history of thriving in an early-stage startup environment (fewer than 50 employees) being a plus.

• Established record of managing and supporting client relationships with customers at Enterprise and Fortune 500 US-based companies, particularly collaborating with insights professionals to define and reach desired research outcomes, leading to customer retention and growth.

• Ability to successfully drive initiatives and outcomes in settings with competing priorities, handling multiple research projects simultaneously alongside internal business demands.
