This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Assist in tracking business generation activities, which includes updating court dockets, identifying case specifics, and entering and maintaining records within a CRM system.
β’ Perform research on attorneys, competitors, litigation case lists, and legal documents, utilizing both internal and external resources as necessary.
β’ Search for and evaluate legal filings (such as reports, testimonies, and relevant court documents) through legal research databases.
β’ Support data entry and upkeep of team databases.
β’ A MLS or MLIS degree is required, or at least three years of relevant legal research experience.
β’ Previous experience with legal research databases like CourtLink, Lexis, Lex Machina, and Westlaw is essential.
β’ Knowledge of AI-driven research tools and analytics platforms, with a capability to incorporate emerging technologies into research processes.
β’ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
β’ Competence in organizing, planning, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
β’ Highly organized with excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple requests concurrently.
β’ A minimum commitment of 6 months is mandatory.
β’ Remote work with East Coast hours.
