Research IT Administrator – CTMS-REALTIME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the administration and enhancement of CTMS platforms, primarily focusing on REALTIME.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior System Administrator on system governance, improvements, and roadmap implementation.

• Manage system configurations, user roles, permissions, and workflows across various sites.

• Design and set up study calendars, visit schedules, and financial tracking tools within the CTMS.

• Offer real-time troubleshooting and support to ensure the efficient execution of studies.

• Create and provide structured onboarding and continuous training programs for coordinators and site personnel.

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to CTMS usage, study builds, and documentation workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in clinical trials (site, CRO, or sponsor environment).

• Practical experience with CTMS platforms (administrator, builder, or power user).

• Experience in supporting site teams or coordinators in a training or operational role.

• Experience in developing or working within SOP-driven environments.

• Strong understanding of clinical research workflows (startup, enrollment, data collection, and closeout).

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards.
