Research Finance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial operations related to local, federal, state, and private grants and contracts, guided by the Office of Research Administration personnel.

• Act as a point of contact between BHSF Corporate Finance and BHSF Foundation.

• Ensure adherence to government regulations, as well as the requirements of donors, sponsors, agencies, and BHSF policies.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Capability to manage multiple research/program projects, protocols, and clinical trials in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and departments.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Competence in organizing extensive data sets.

• Proficiency in complex arithmetic calculations.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Ability to deliver high-quality work within stringent deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Sound judgment.

• Adaptable and service-oriented.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
