Research Director – Emergency Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead GD’s agenda for impact learning focused on Emergency Cash programs

• Establish and prioritize learning questions that are centered on impact

• Discover opportunities for new research initiatives and negotiate funding

• Set standards for data collection as well as management systems

• Test new research methodologies and disseminate best practices throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Responsible for the research and learning strategy pertaining to Emergency Cash Programs

• Proven experience in developing research concepts and forming partnerships

• Ensure accountability for the quality, ethics, and compliance of M&E methods

• Provide mentorship to staff regarding strategic data sets and project ownership
