This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the successful attainment of research goals for Knit customers through effective partnerships.
• Manage customer relationships by deeply understanding their research needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
• Act as the primary research lead for all projects associated with assigned accounts, holding ultimate accountability for the success of research initiatives.
• Conduct thorough project scoping to gain a comprehensive understanding of research objectives and context, establishing a foundation for project success.
• Serve as a strategic problem solver and a subject matter expert in research for customers.
• Function as a solutions architect for clients, educating them on Knit’s research capabilities and proposing strategies to enhance project outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing innovation for Knit’s AI products to bridge the gap between AI-generated outputs and those produced by human researchers.
• Perform the final review and approval for all customer-facing topline deliveries from Knit.
• Over 8 years of experience in market research, predominantly in a supplier role within a market research agency setting.
• Experience in leading discovery and scoping discussions, crafting and refining quantitative and qualitative questionnaires, developing analysis plans, and preparing stakeholder-ready insights and reports.
• Capability to drive initiatives and achieve outcomes in ambiguous situations, addressing both complex customer requirements and internal business dynamics at Knit.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships with Enterprise and Fortune 500 US-based companies, particularly collaborating with insights professionals to define and meet research objectives, leading to customer retention and growth.
• Proven ability to successfully drive initiatives amidst competing priorities, managing multiple research projects simultaneously along with internal business demands.
• Effective People Manager at both cross-functional and team levels, particularly in fostering clarity and accountability, recruiting, onboarding, managing performance, resolving conflicts, and enhancing team morale.
