📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and secure industrial consulting initiatives.

• Play a key role in and lead applied research endeavors within national and international collaborations.

• Innovate new consulting methodologies and pinpoint progressive research subjects.

• Assist in the planning and execution of conferences and professional development programs aimed at industrial specialists and managers.

• Mentor and manage student assistants.

• Propel the digital transformation of organizations towards Industry 4.0 and data-driven circular manufacturing.

• Design IT system architectures for digital, efficient, and sustainable business operations.

• Collaborate with Process Mining, AI, IoT, ERP, and MES, as well as production planning, control, and supply chain management.

• A successfully completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in industrial engineering, computer science, logistics, or a similar technical discipline.

• Strong digital acumen with a clear emphasis on strategic outlooks.

• High enthusiasm and initiative, coupled with a genuine interest in these areas.

• Resilience and exceptional self-management capabilities.

• Strong teamwork skills and outstanding communication abilities.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Proficient in English.
