Research Associate, Project Manager – Business Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee, direct, and secure consulting projects within the industry.

• Participate in and spearhead applied research initiatives in both national and international collaborations.

• Create innovative consulting methodologies and pinpoint future-oriented research themes.

• Assist in the planning and execution of conferences and professional development events tailored for industry professionals and executives.

• Supervise and oversee the work of student assistants.

• A completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in industrial engineering, computer science, logistics, or a similar technical discipline.

• Strong digital inclination with a distinct emphasis on strategic viewpoints.

• High levels of motivation and initiative, coupled with a genuine passion for your areas of expertise.

• Resilience and outstanding self-management capabilities.

• Excellent teamwork skills along with exceptional communication proficiency.

• Native-level proficiency in German and very good command of English.
