This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Design, strategize, and carry out research studies, program evaluations, and assessment initiatives that align with the goals of the organization.
• Gather, manage, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data utilizing suitable statistical and analytical methods.
• Analyze research outcomes to identify trends, patterns, insights, and potential areas for program enhancement.
• Create reports, presentations, dashboards, and other outputs that effectively communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Convert intricate technical information into actionable recommendations that promote evidence-based decision-making.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to research standards, policies, and ethical guidelines.
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to guarantee that research activities are carried out accurately and punctually.
• Assist in the development of grant proposals, technical reports, publications, and other documentation related to research.
• Present findings and suggestions to stakeholders and facilitate discussions on implications and subsequent steps.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging evaluation findings and research insights to boost organizational effectiveness and program impact.
• Master’s degree in research, public health, sociology, psychology, environmental health and safety (EHS), or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant research experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree accompanied by 6 or more years of pertinent research experience.
• Knowledge of applied research and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with statistical and/or qualitative analysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently with moderate supervision.
