Research and Program Evaluation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster a strong and active relationship with Jesus Christ, while supporting the ministry through both prayer and action.

• Oversee new or ongoing program evaluation initiatives, which include data collection, analysis, reporting, and the formulation of actionable recommendations aimed at continuous improvement.

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to implement tools that facilitate performance measurement activities, thereby aiding in informed decision-making.

• Deliver evaluation results and strategic insights to senior leadership to guide decision-making and refine programs.

• Stay updated on trends, best practices, and innovations in program design and evaluation to promote continuous learning and development within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience leading measurement, evaluation, and learning projects, ideally within a mission-driven organization.

• Between 5 to 7 years of professional experience collaborating with program leaders on the development and monitoring of KPIs.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Expertise in program evaluation and data analysis/interpretation.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams simultaneously.

• Outstanding writing skills for crafting reports, proposals, logic models, strategic plans, and presentations.

• Proficient in presenting complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Proficiency in tools such as Excel (with advanced functions), SPSS, R, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

• Experience with feedback-gathering tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or similar platforms.

• Experience in creating dashboards and utilizing tools for automated reporting is a plus.
