Research Analyst, Scientific Communications Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform quantitative analyses on Novellia's patient datasets, collaborating closely with the solutions team for guidance and methodological support.

• Integrate and manipulate data from various sources and formats to address research questions.

• Convert analytical results into scientific communication materials such as white papers, abstracts, media summaries, and marketing content.

• Create clear and accessible summaries of complex findings for non-specialist audiences, including journalists, patients, and partners.

• Assist with press and media outreach related to Novellia's research and data resources.

• Uphold strict standards for data integrity and the ethical use of patient information.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a data-centric role within healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.

• Strong technical capabilities in data analysis and manipulation, with proficiency in R and Python.

• Advanced expertise in utilizing AI tools to enhance and expedite biostatistical analysis, including AI-assisted coding workflows.

• Experience in harmonizing large, intricate datasets from diverse sources and formats.

• Exceptional scientific writing abilities with the capacity to convey findings effectively to non-specialist audiences.

• Familiarity with real-world data, patient registries, or observational research is highly advantageous.

• Comfortable receiving guidance from a technical team and following direction on analytical methodologies.

• Must be based in the United States.
