This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Facilitate and provide information to assist quality improvement studies, initiatives, and accreditation assessments.
• Ensure that projects and departmental activities adhere to relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Organize multidisciplinary workgroups and committees that focus on monitoring and addressing quality activities.
• Detect instances of noncompliance with established standards.
• Coordinate and/or create the annual work plan, program description, and evaluation documents for the program.
• Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret data related to healthcare and operations.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making, program evaluation, and population health initiatives.
• Recognize trends, monitor key performance indicators, and discover opportunities for interventions and process improvements.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate setting.
• A minimum of 5 years of managed care experience or experience with regulatory/accrediting body requirements and Quality Improvement experience is necessary.
• Quality Improvement experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with URAC, NCQA, EQRO, and CMS requirements is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Experience working with complex datasets is necessary.
• Ability to convey data-driven insights to a variety of audiences is essential.
• Experience in healthcare analytics, population health, quality measurement, performance improvement initiatives, data visualization tools, statistical analysis, and AI-driven analytics is preferred.
• Proven skills in presentation and team facilitation are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities is required.
