Resale Event Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Implement the necessary configurations in our system to activate resale events, ensuring they are displayed on our retail websites.

• Establish links for accurate inventory representation across various resale platforms.

• Confirm event details for inventory listings.

• Monitor and implement data adjustments as required to maintain event integrity and precision.

• Create or modify artist and venue names when necessary.

• Track various events and settings for reporting purposes.

• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot as needed.

• Identify system enhancements for ongoing process improvements.

• Ensure a continuous inventory flow through the TMR systems.

• Provide support coverage through on-call duties and flexible work hours.

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and interpret complex data effectively.

• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Must be self-motivated and proficient at working independently, while also being comfortable collaborating within a team.

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.

• A knowledge or interest in live entertainment events, particularly in sporting events, is preferred.

• A flexible schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends, is required.
