This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Primary responsibility for managing requirements and change requests for the TAP platform following ITIL 4 standards.
• Proactive involvement, consulting, and coordination with platform users.
• Guaranteeing comprehensive documentation and transparency throughout processes.
• Coordination of impact assessments, risk evaluations, and feasibility studies.
• Ownership and management of the requirements and change portfolio.
• Oversight, facilitation, and documentation of the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Several years of experience in managing requirements and changes for complex IT or SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 along with requirements and change management processes.
• Proven experience working with a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and process-oriented capabilities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Clear business acumen; experience in the energy sector is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken German; English proficiency is an advantage.
