This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Gather, assess, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and business requirements documentation.

• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.

• Maintain requirements traceability matrices and manage product backlogs.

• Assist in Agile sprint planning and prioritize backlogs effectively.

• Support test planning, validation, and user acceptance testing processes.

• Work closely with developers to ensure that solutions align with documented requirements.

• Aid in compliance, reporting, and financial business process initiatives.

• Generate documentation, presentations, training materials, and project artifacts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in business analysis and requirements management.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong skills in documentation and process mapping.

• Experience in developing user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

• Knowledge of financial management systems or ERP platforms.

• Expertise in requirements traceability and testing support.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
