Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the gathering and analysis of requirements alongside business areas, comprehending the needs, issues, and goals of various initiatives.

• Assist in mapping existing and prospective processes, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, risks, exceptions, and operational implications.

• Convert business requirements into precise, objective, and traceable functional and non-functional specifications.

• Identify, document, and validate business rules, scenarios, workflows, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.

• Challenge requests and assumptions, focusing on understanding the problem prior to defining or detailing the solution.

• Evaluate the impacts and dependencies of changes on processes, systems, integrations, data, and involved stakeholders.

• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops for the extraction, refinement, and validation of requirements with various stakeholders.

• Serve as an intermediary between business and technology teams, ensuring a mutual understanding of scope, rules, and expected behaviors of solutions.

• Provide support to development and QA teams throughout implementation by clarifying inquiries and managing adjustments to requirements.

• Engage in the validation of delivered solutions, ensuring compliance with requirements and business needs.

• Proficient in requirements elicitation and analysis techniques.

• Experience with functional and non-functional requirements.

• Skilled in process modeling and analysis.

• Familiar with business rules and acceptance criteria.

• Knowledgeable in impact and dependency analysis.

• Understanding of API concepts and system integrations.

• Familiarity with databases and information structures.

• Competence in databases, data modeling, UX/UI, requirements management, and an understanding of software architecture concepts and agile methodologies.

• A degree in a relevant field (Technologist or Bachelor's degree).

• Senior level experience required.
