Request Resolution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, patients, and requesters.

• Achieve daily productivity targets.

• Notify the Process Integrity Manager of recurring issues for resolution.

• Conduct email and outbound call outreach for non-compliant orders to gather missing documentation or information.

• Execute quality control checks on orders progressing to Pending Authorization.

• Perform data entry to update contact information for records release.

• Input new requests into MedRelease.

• Review orders to confirm that all necessary documents and information are present.

• Oversee and manage multiple queues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with requestors, clients, and team members.

• Detail-oriented with a capacity for resolving customer issues swiftly.

• Strong follow-up and time management skills.

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work setting.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.

• Openness to learning and adapting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Experience in the medical industry is preferred but not essential.

• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

• 1 year of healthcare experience is preferred.

• English fluency is required; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
