• Take charge of Online Reputation across essential platforms.

• Enhance App Store Performance by managing reviews and ratings.

• Implement ORM/SERM/ASO strategy effectively.

• Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track reputation metrics.

• Oversee owned media content and nurture relationships with creators and influencers.

• Perform regular brand SERP audits and monitor competitive reputation.

• Utilize AI tools for research and content creation.

• Demonstrated experience in SERM / ORM / Brand Monitoring.

• Excellent communication skills: English C1 level.

• Proficient in data analysis with Google Sheets, Ahrefs/SEMrush/SimilarWeb.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity.

• Experience in content coordination.

• Technologically adept with project management tools (Notion, Jira/Asana).
